That is where the alliance between Public Health and ADTS carries weight, because it orders the narrative and gives confidence to those deciding to travel with a scalpel in their suitcase. The read is clear: every patient who undergoes surgery or an implant in Santo Domingo or Punta Cana leaves foreign currency, skilled jobs and reputation for the entire destination.
