Pedernales Marine Front: the project that deserves support

The Pedernales Marine Front under construction is, according to Suelo Caribe, the only major project contracted and under construction from scratch in the municipality's capital. This is not just another project: it is a clear sign that the deep south is finally taking off. And that, in a destination that has waited decades for this, deserves recognition.

But not everything is easy applause. The same analysis points out that the redesign, regarding the humanization of the territory, does not surpass the one previously authorized and paid for. I see this as an approachable challenge: the work is already underway, now it's up to the dialogue between authorities and the community to improve it on the ground. But what we cannot do is just complain.

From a tourism perspective, every peso invested in Pedernales is a direct boost to the local economy. We're talking about jobs, auxiliary businesses, a destination that finally has the infrastructure to receive travelers with dignity. My take: let's support what is being built, demand quality, but let's celebrate that Pedernales is no longer just a promise. It is a work with cement, cranes, and future.
