Turoperador

A tour operator is the company that bundles flight, hotel and transfers into a single organised trip and sells it, usually through travel agencies. It buys in bulk and in advance, which gives it price but loads it with the risk of unsold allotment. It remains central in source markets and the classic package holiday.

Example The tour operator books 200 beds for summer and returns them to the hotel if it cannot place them before the release.
