JAC and Aerodom join forces to improve passenger experience at airports
The Dominican Civil Aviation Board (JAC) and Aerodom have sealed an agreement to keep driving improvements that guarantee a better passenger experience at Dominican airports. That is according to Arecoa. This alliance comes at a time when air traffic keeps growing and service quality matters as much as infrastructure itself.
Behind such agreements is the goal of making passengers notice the difference from the moment they arrive, whether it is shorter wait times, better signage, or more attentive staff. And here is the thing: the airport experience is the first business card of a tourist destination. If travelers leave the airport happy, half the battle is won.
In my view, this collaboration between the regulator and the private operator is exactly what the industry needs to keep competing at the highest level in the Caribbean. Now we wait to see how it translates into concrete actions at the terminals.
